As first responders ourselves we know what it takes when duty calls. Let us help your fire, police, or EMS department design and build functional non-cookie cutter vehicles built for long-term cost-effective service.
We also offer tool and equipment mounting on fire and EMS apparatus. We are tradesmen as well and come from a fabrication background. That being said we can make your new or old rig a FF/EMT friendly rig when it comes to getting the tools out on the scene.

Solanco Vehicle Solutions was founded in 2026 and was formerly known as the Vehicle Upfitting Division of James Groff & Son, Inc. Our consumer and retail sales brand is known as SVS Vehicle Accessory Co. The commercial and fleet sales brand is known as Specialty Vehicle Solutions. SVS is owned and operated by Mike Ross a native of Quarryville and former longtime employee of J. Groff. Just like before when it was J. Groff, SVS represents the top brands on the market to get your vehicle or fleet the way you want it. The only difference now is vehicle accessories is all we are focused on. Mike and his team look forward to working with our past and new customers doing business as SVS Vehicle Accessory Co. and Specialty Vehicle Solutions for many years to come.
